This is Session 3 of the Personal Development Program. We would like to invite those who are interested to develop in coaching or ready for a change in career or self-enhancement.
Objectives – To strengthen and improve your Personal Foundation.
Introduction – You may be seeking for a change in life no matter your goal is career move or advancement, or to clear the stuff that blocked you from developing. What might be the obstacles in things that hindered you from moving forward? Are you ready to begin your new journey instead of procrastination? The Personal Development Program helps you to eliminate the blockage for further advancement and development.
This program was originally developed by Thomas J. Leonard, the person who was recognized as the founder of coaching profession, and then later continuously updated by CoachInc.com.

Format – In the mode of group coaching and active sharing among the group through the use of a supportive structure in this series. (After this session, sub-group meeting (or conference call) will be initiated by assigned coordinators at their agreed time, to conduct group sharing and coaching before session 4.)
Language Media - Though the sharing is primarily in Cantonese, an ability to read materials and exercise in English will be essential.
Expected outcome – Creating new habits with the help of your teammates and the coaches. Another surprise is that you will gradually grasp some coaching techniques and enjoy being coached in each sub-group! We encourage you to fully participate the remaining session as you will clear much of the mental cluster in your life and remove the things that limit your growth.
Who should join the event? - This program is designed for those who seek to step forward in career or self-development and remove the obstacles.

Passionate to use more of her natural gifts and talents, Susie pursued her interest in training and coaching since 2004. She supports her clients to use more of their potentials in life and career coaching, and in intercultural training (bridging the culture gap living and working in Hong Kong). Additionally, she coaches in work-life balance. Susie co-authored a Chinese coaching book ”洞察， 改變， 成功“ (Insight, Change, Success), published in May 2011, regarding finding our vocation, and providing some coaching questions for readers to identify their life's work.
She was a graduate from Coach University (US), from the University of Leicester (UK) with MSc in Training and Human Resource Management, and from the University of West of England (UK) with BA Modern Languages with Information Systems. Susie speaks Cantonese (fluent), English (fluent), Putonghua (advanced), French (advanced), Spanish (Rusty).

1) This event may be canceled if the attendees are less than 10. No show, repeated absence will be removed from the Group.
2) You may be removed from the RSVP if there is no personal information provided, and not responding to questions. This is to ensure training needs are matched and to protect those who opened up themselves, as close discussions will take place.
3) No guest. All needs to register as a member of this Group and RSVP event separately.
