Session 1  Personal Foundation Program (Round 3)

Due to emerging demand of this program, we're pleased to offer Round 3 right away.  We have changed the topic to a more specific and precise term instead. 

We would like to invite those who are interested to develop in coaching, ready for a change in career or self-development.   You will be coached during the group sharing.

Objectives – To strengthen and improve your Personal Foundation. 

Introduction – You may be seeking for a change in life no matter your goal is career move or advancement, or to clear the stuff that blocked you from developing. What might be the obstacles in things that hindered you from moving forward?  Are you ready to discontinue the procrastination, move forward and make life simple and meaningful to you?  After that you will get new energy on your way to achieve personal goal.  In short, this helps you to eliminate the blockage for further advancement and development. 

This program was originally developed by Thomas J. Leonard, the person who was recognized as the founder of coaching profession, and then later continuously updated by  Round 3 contains Level 1 and part of Level 2 topics.


1  Zap Your Tolerations (Oct 5, Sat)

2  Get Yourself Clear of the Past (Oct 26, Sat)

3  Create your Daily Habits and Simplify Life (Nov 23, Sat)

4. Restore Your Integrity (Dec 21, Sat)

Format – In the mode of group coaching and active sharing among the group through the use of a supportive structure in this series.  Approx 3-4 weeks between the sessions.  Coffee, tea and light breakfast provided, you are welcome to bring your snacks too so that we could enjoy eating and sharing at the same time.  A learning guide with notes and exercises will be provided.

Language Media - Though the sharing is primarily in Cantonese supplemented in English, an ability to read materials and exercise in English will be essential.

Expected outcome –  After completion of the full program, you will clear much of the mental clutter in your life and allows higher energy for moving forward.  Another surprise is that you will gradually grasp some coaching techniques and enjoy being coached in each team!

Fee : HK$150 for each session, 4 sessions to be paid in advance

Total HK$600  (Fresh graduates of 2013 will be HK$400)

3. This event may be canceled if paid attendees are less than 10. 

Your strong commitment to attend the full program is expected since resources and time have already been allocated by the facilitator in advance.  If this event is canceled as a result of insufficient participants, full refund will be arranged within a week of the cancellation.

As Founder and Director of Vitality Consulting, Celia is a Licensed Facilitator of The Coaching Clinic® (Corporate Coach U), and has completed her Core Essential Program of Coach U.  Apart from Management Development Programs and generic skills’ training for organizations, she keeps on coaching managers and supervisors for more than four years.  Celia got her MSC in HRM, graduated from the University of Surrey, UK.  She has been HR Director and Head of HR for multinational corporations for more than 20 years before shifting her career to Coaching and Corporate Training.  Five years ago, she started to reserve part of her coaching and training hours for Non-Profit Making Organizations, creating great value to others while bringing more joy and meaningful return in her career.

1) No show, repeated absence after RSVP will be removed from the Group.

2) You may be removed from the RSVP if there is no personal information provided, and consistently not responding to questions.  This is to ensure training needs are matched and to protect all participants of this program as close discussions will take place.

3) No guest. All needs to register as a member of this Group and RSVP event separately.
