They wonder if coaching is only for those who have got problems, or is coaching more for moving people forward, to improve. While they are interested in finding a coach to work with, they are not clear where to start and how to find the right coach. e.g. Are you supposed to pay a coach from the right beginning, or is it ok that you have a free chat with a few coaches before deciding on who to work with?
