Introduction - Have you ever thought of the obstacles in your career or things that hindered you from moving forward? Are you ready to do something about it instead of waiting? Here is the good news: The Personal Development Program helps you to eliminate the blockage for further advancement and development of yourself. This program was originally developed by Thomas J. Leonard, the person who was recognized as the founder of coaching profession, and then later updated by

1. Zap the tolerations on 22/2 (Fri)

2. Get yourself clear of the past on 1/3 (Fri)

3. Create your habits on 22/3 (Fri)

4. Simplify your life on 12/4 (Fri)

Format – Group Coaching and Sharing through the use of a supportive structure in this series. The sharing is in Cantonese and all written materials and exercise are in English.

Expected outcome – Build your own personal foundation by participating in individual session or the whole series of four sessions. We encourage you to fully participate all four sessions, as you will clear much of the mental cluster in your life and remove the tolerations that limit your growth.

Who should join the event? – This program is designed for those who seek to step forward to career or self-development and remove the obstacles that hindered personal development.

Co-facilitators -

Celia Wong and Katherine Lo have jointly completed the similar Program before starting their journey as a coach. Both of them found it a fantastic experience for participating in this program for self development\management that recharged their passion for personal growth and development to coach others.

Katherine has over 20 years of working experiences in Human Resources Management in non-profit making organizations.

She has deep passion in helping individuals to develop their potential and internal strength and to actualize their dreams in life.

She has been Personal Development Coach to social workers & university students and conducted group coaching and classes for young generation and adults.

Celia Wong

As Founder and Director of Vitality Consulting, Celia is a Licensed Coaching Clinic™ Facilitator of Corporate Coach U, and has completed her Core Essential Program of She has practiced coaching for four years mostly for managers in organizations, and personal coaching for non-profit making organizations. Celia’s primary background is Human Resources Management. She has been HR Director and Head of HR for multinational corporations for more than 20 years before streaming her career to Coaching and Training.

Things you need to know about this Group:

1) Repeated no shows that is signing up an event but not showing up will be removed from the Group

    Guys, I sent message to everyone informing we couldn't use this particular venue after April due to complaint from their staff. I am now able to secure continue use of the venue provided we will not use their toilet which requires separate access to their general office. From this point on, host will be provided an access code to the training room directly. If you need toilet, please go down one of the places nearby but not the one in the office. SK
