HOOPFIT! Level I 8-WEEK SESSION  

Thursdays, 7:15-8:15pm in Rockville, MD 

New Session begins September 15, 2011.


Taught by Certified Hoopnotica Instructor and Assistant Organizer Jeanne Lieder.  

For beginning hoopers and anyone who wants a great workout, this Hulala Fitness hoopdance workout class includes unique hoop fitness exercises along with hoopdance moves and skills.

Level I is open to all levels and will cover material from Hoopnotica levels 1-2.

Developed by Hulala Fitness, HoopFit! uses a hoop as a body-sculpting fitness tool.  This class combines hooping with cardio, strength training, and muscle toning and lengthening for a slender, defined physique.   Every class includes hoop skills, cool hoop tricks, and dance moves and transitions to add to your personal hoopdance.


THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU if you want to learn: 

  • New ways to use your hoop for fitness
  • How to move your body like a dancer
  • Cool Hoop Tricks and Transitions
  • New hoop skills to tone your body and re-energize your hoop practice

 

HOW TO REGISTER:  

Visit  Montgomery County RecWeb.  Click “Register for Activities & Classes”, select “Fitness & Wellness Classes”, and choose “More Fitness Classes” where HoopFit Level I will be listed.

 

Class hoops are available or bring your own. Hoops may also be purchased from the instructor.
