Focused on flow and energy radiating outward and inward. With these concepts, in addition to centering and breath awareness, these wonderful students were able to execute beautiful pirouettes while waist hooping. We did fun stalls, too!

These students have been with me for over two years. They are comfortable with a variety of on- and off-body moves and skills, including some that are fairly challenging. I accept beginners into the class (as I did today), and they immediately become part of the group, as I adapt the exercises and moves to each student's skill level.

If you have any other questions, feel free to email me, [masked].

I hope to see you in class soon!
