Hoop Dance is the return of hula hooping as a fun, fitness, dance and meditation art.

Share the Hoop Love!

Accessible to just about everyone ages five and up, there are instant smiles for anyone who steps into the Hoop. Feel good hormones are abundant as the practitioner realizes - "I can do this!" Then, the perspiration starts as Hoop Dance - a legitimate fitness modality - actually provides a low impact, full body, cardio workout that can burn 600+ calories an hour. Entertainment? If you've ever watched a "Hooper" you've been mesmerized by the spiral patterns and joy radiating from their spin.

We invite all levels of Hoopers from Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and abroad to participate. Please join our events, suggest meetups, and provide feedback on how we can improve this group. Contact us to bring hoop dance to your event - birthday party, wedding or baby shower, corporate event or "just because" activity - and to schedule your private or small group hoop instruction.
