Does anyone know where you can buy pants similar to the ones in the Hoopnotica Level 1 DVD? They are wore by the main instructor, and are like yoga pants, but have a short skirt of fabric around the top that covers your waist and bum. I've checked several sites through a Google search, and haven't found anything that looks anything like those. Thanks!

Hi Cathy ~ They're by Melodia. www.melodiadesigns.com

I have four pairs. They're great. When you order, please include in the notes/checkout that Jocelyn Gordon at lovemovement@hotmail.com referred you.

Also, code JG0324 will give you $5 off your www.hoopnotica.com orders and teacher training registrations. Check out the Baltimore Hoopnotica Training in January.

Be Well!

Hi Jocelyn,
She does have some nice designs! Do you know if there are any available that are not so wide legged, or flared at the bottom? I was interested in something with a boot leg width. I guess a capri might work, and I see they have some leggings, but not sure I could carry those off. I will have to see if she does special orders.
Thanks,
Cathy

Hi Cathy.

I am ALL OVER the Melodia's as well! They are sexy and swishy and can be easily adjusted by adding a bit of ruching along the top outer split (right about knee height). I am 5'2" and was worried about 'pant'sing' myself by stepping on the outer edge. You can also tie the outer flare bits together, which will control the kick a bit.

Melodia has made me doubley happy by coming out with the Organic Cotton/Lycra Ruffle Capris! Woo-Hoop! They are my Bonafide New Faves!!! They come with a mini 'butt-cover', and the ruffled mini version (out of stock at this time) are even More Sassy-Licious!

Hoopclothes.com has some mega-groovy pants, similar to the Melos without the split & extra kick. I really dig their new 'rainbow stripe' pants.

Happy Shopping!

I found this chick on Etsy last week. Really like how her pants look.

Athleta.com has some cute tights with a ruched skirt. Black and Brown. Just got arrived Saturday - very comfy.
