After the successful first Asparagus dinner at Charivari for 35 USD per person for food, Chef Johann Schuster will prepare another dinner of similar kind and similar price.
While the food is not as novel to those that went to the first dinner, there is another novelty.
Charivari Restaurant has recently had access to a new line of German wines that finally make the cut in Chef Schusters requirements for good German wines.
The wines are mostly from the Baden, Pfalz, Mosel and Rheingau wine growing areas.
This wines regularly make a 90 and higher. If you are interested in the wines, visit the homepage of the importer in new york. Charivari took a selection of the wines mentioned there.
The dinner would take place Thursday, May 24th, 7pm
Let me know if you are interested in the dinner or reserve directly with the restaurant. As usual I will have a table for 12-16 reserved for me and my friends.
