Texans like Mexican food. It's delicioso! Cafe Adobe makes a really good chimichanga. Their chile con queso es muy rico! You can view Cafe Adobe's menu online. Some of the best margaritas in Houston call Cafe Adobe home, The Houston Press and AOL City Search agree.

Fit for a festive occasion, we have a private room to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We can mingle and dine with space to spare in our private room. The Fountain Room is off to the side. Its name is inspired by the fountain in the room. It is a beautiful room.

We can chat about anything that strikes our fancy, including Mexico, Mexican culture, tourism, history, or archeology.

Contrary to popular belief, Cinco de Mayo isn't the Independence day of Mexico. It could have been though. Back in 1862 on Cinco de Mayo, Mexican forces successfully fought off X army. However, they would have to engage in more battles to ultimately claim their independence. Cinco de Mayo Video
