Introduction
I grew up speaking Spanish and I took Spanish in school and college as well. I need as much practice as possible, since I mainly spoke Tex-Mex! Thank you for organizing this group!
Where are you from? Where is your family from?
Originally, San Antonio. My mom's family are the Luccheses (the boot makers) who moved from Sicily to San Antonio. They made boots for Francisco Madero's and others. They told me to live in Texas you have to know Spanish! Es verdad!
What are you favorite Hispanic restaurants? (i.e. Chuy's, Cafe Adobe, Dodo's Chicken)
