I am new to programming and just looking forward to learn and meet new people while doing so.

How did you hear about the group?

Just surfing the web for tech groups.

What are you? (developer, thinker, designer...)

My background is in Architecture, but I have been transitioning to technology. Currently I am a User Experience Designer for a corporate architecture firm.

What do you hope to gain from the group meetings?

Learn where I can find resources that will help me develop my programming skills. Also I want to take part in discussions around programming and design.
