Join us as we delve into how to create happier lives. We meet every two weeks to learn about a new topic in positive psychology to support everyday transformation. Positive psychology is the science of happiness and wellbeing. It brings together the best of different fields to focus on what works, looking not at "What's wrong here?" but "What's right here?"
We will explore topics and activities around creativity, flow, the ideal self, mindfulness, positive habit formation and many others and learn from the teachings of Tal Ben-Shahar, Martin Seligman, Brene Brown, and more.
