Employer Branding in the Facebook Era

HR & Tech SF kicks off the Fall season with Richard Cho, Recruiting Lead at Facebook. Richard will share his experience in getting a social media strategy out to potential candidates in a meaningful way. He'll share his ideas on how to go beyond demand generation to "demand fulfillment". Join us for an evening of social media and employer branding in the Facebook era.
Light snacks and drinks will be served. Plus, this event is free. Space is limited though, so RSVP.

Interesting and passionate presentation by a Facebook recruiter. Clearly not your father's company or probably even your own. Very unique positioning and culture makes things that work for them hard to envision fitting in many other companies, including most I have worked for. The answer that the speaker offered for those of us not working at a highly successful startup with a unaffected visionary founder seemed to be "tough rocks".

FB's definition of the foundation of social recruiting makes sense I think. Compliments Richard!
