Happy Friday, Everyone!
I would like to share a few tips about RSVPing for events.
There is no need for you to RSVP "no" if you have no plans to attend an event. An email is sent to the event organizer every time someone RSVPs yes or no, so it really helps to cut down on extraneous emails if you only RSVP when you hope to attend an event.
If you do RSVP yes for an event and then find that you will not be able to attend, even if it is at the last minute, please change your RSVP from "yes" to "no". This prevents you as being indicated as a "no show" and really helps the organizer to make the event run smoothly.
Also, comments are highly encouraged, but just be aware that every time there is a comment posted, everyone who has signed up for an event will get an email. Sometimes it is more efficient to email the organizer or other attendees with a question, unless you are looking for group feedback or feel everyone needs to know the information you are posting.
Thanks for your attention and have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! I will be seeing many of you at our events!
