If you have suggestions about a place to meet, an activity, or anything else -- please let us know!
If you want people to attend, give me a MINIMUM of 14 days to post it on the calendar before the event; people need to think it over and clear their own personal calendars to attend sometimes.
Now - Let me know what you're doing this summer and let's see how many of us can join in!
Here's what I need to know to post your trip:
What is the event?
Is it a "regardless of weather" event?
Starting and ending date/time?
The proposed itinerary for the event (what happens in what order?
Precise location (or as precise as can be)?
Time to be at meeting point?
Where will everybody meet to caravan or ride-share to the meetup?
How to get there?
Time you are departing from rondezvous point?
Who is the contact person for this meetup event?
How will we find you/know you?
Contact person's cell #?
What sort of experience you have?
What is/are the activities that will take place?
How hard is this task? Can somebody with no experience join in?
Any technical skills/equipment needed to attend the event?
Ever done this/been there before?
Will it cost a participant any money (for food/gas/entrance/etc)?
