Chapter 13 complete. Approaching this topic as a designer was challenging. I think it would make more sense to me if the author gave real-world examples of offline storage and caching in use. Maureen, not that I'm an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but from a programmer's perspective, this functionality could be useful to allow someone to enter order info or CRM info into a form and store it locally on the machine if there was no internet connection or if the app/page was designed with a separate function that uploaded the data in a batch.
