    PTSD can be managed
    Thank you for seeing me while I was in Charlotte. I have been practicing the meditation twice daily and have found it to really balance me out. I fall asleep much faster at night and during the day I find myself better able to deal with people I don't like talking to. I'm even finding the way they talk to me and approach me is different.
