I started Qi-Gong Training in 1989. I teach a medical Qi-Gong program that is same curriculum that is taught in traditional Chinese medical schools. All classes are taught under the direction of Dr. Peter Chow at the International College of Chinese Medicine. Dr. Chow is a licensed oriental medicine doctor and Tai-Chi, Qi-Gong and I-Ching Master from a 3,000 year family lineage.  

Qigong [1 ] or  chi kung [2 ] ( 气功) is the philosophy and practice of aligning breath, movement, and  awareness for health of mind, body, and spirit. [3 ] Based in  Traditional Chinese Medicine,  Chinese martial arts, and  Chinese philosophy [4 ], qigong develops human potential and is considered to awaken one spiritually to one's true nature. [5 ]
