Let's hang out, have some fun and food, and improve our selves while we're at it.
For those of you I already know (including me), part of that means actually doing something outside of the meeting that you have been holding your self back from, and bringing even the story to share. What this means is that each of us should have an actual accomplishment to show or at least share, each time we meet, whether it's talking to new people, confronting people or problems we have, connecting to a fear, working towards an accomplishment, or whatever. So be prepared for me to make our accomplishments part of our routine.
Aside from that, I'll also be having us do some exercises that help with the same thing- improvement, change, accomplishment. Nothing impossible, but challenging for sure. This goes for me as well of course, and feel free to challenge me, it's why I'm here.
And lastly, for this meetup, I thought I'd lighten the mood as well and I'm planning some super fun comforting stuff as well:
-Karaoke (not comforting for me, but I'll try)
Yes, I have an amp and mic, and we can use YouTube for Karaoke, so whether that's comforting for you or a challenge it should be a good time.
If there isn't parking on the street, you can park at Palmer Park down the street before Palmer. The gates close at 10pm though. No Parking (for the street) only applies in the morning on Friday and Monday so it won't be an issue.
I live in the back of my bldg (#23) and the code to get in is #2846
Or just call or text me
I do have roommates who sublease the master BR but I will let them know and they usually aren't home on Fridays anyway.
I understand people have reservations, but I'm a very understanding and laid-back guy- this is 100% no expectations no pressure stuff- If you're human you qualify.
