Women have been busting the doors open on conferences rooms across the nation and now constitute half of the workforce. While we are helping to re-define workplace values and politics, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the written and unwritten rules of engagement. Led by Dr. Christina Royal, Provost/Chief Academic Officer at Inver Hills Community College, this workshop is designed to foster discussion about topics related to women succeeding in the workplace.
Dr. Royal has been involved in Education and Training for over 15 years, in both academic and corporate environments. In addition to her administrative roles, Christina has also taught in a range of disciplines (e.g., computer literacy, educational technology, business, psychology) for a variety of audiences. She also speaks at conferences and special events on topics related to distance learning leadership, emerging technologies, strategic planning, organizational change management, instructional technology, instructional design, and educational technology.
