Humanists of Minnesota is pleased to welcome Dr. Mark Borrello, of the University of Minnesota as our October speaker.

Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution continue to generate discussion and debate a century and a half after the publication of The Origin of Species. This, in spite of the overwhelming acceptance of the basic theory by the large majority of the scientific community. In this talk Dr. Borrello will examine some of the reasons for this, both scientific and social.
