Re: [humanism-166] Do you want to be involved in this ?

face it, the two party system is an antique and no amount of bitching will lead to its demise. Our country was premised on the distribution of powerin a largely agricultural nation. The ability of industrialization to concentrate so much power in so few hands guarantees  weak and corrupt representation of the mass of the American population.

We already know everyone is dissatisfied.

The important question is how to provide a real INCENTIVE for Congress
to change its ways (i. e. via blackmail, counter-lobbying, or other
forms of political extortion/manipulation).

No one does anything without an incentive (basic law of human nature).

So unless you have a new sack of candy to offer Congress, or can
credibly threaten to take away the ones it has, your trip is
pointless.

Sorry.
