Hooray! I'm glad to hear it. I'm a freshman Vocal performance major. As such, I hold a church job- soprano section leader in the choir. twice a week I actually am in a church and I have to attend the sermons. It's not exactly great fun being called a heathen once or twice each week. As you can tell by my joining the meetup group, it's put me a little low in spirits. I'll be attending a lecture Saturday morning in Farish Hall with the Greater Houston Skeptic Society Meetup group.
Hi Rianne! What a great question! I'm interested in ideas and learning. History buff, too. Especially medieval England, Scotland, and France. Love economics, too. Am presently learning about the Austrian Theory of the Business Cycle. And public education. Recently read, "The Underground History of American Education." And my husband just published, "A Search for Truth" that makes people question common beliefs about the Christian religion.
I'm there!! :) :)
Hey girl. I'm sorry it's been a while since I've attended, but I haven't forgotten about you guys. I will try to make the next meetup. :)

Hey Rianne, You coming out and partying with us at the H2O PJ party tomorrow night?
Hey Rianne. I didn't see you yesterday. You missed out!
Rianne we missed you at Cafe Adobe. It was a blast!
Hey! Unfortunately I didn't read your e-mail 'til this morning so that's why I missed last week's meetup. I'm working a lot of hours these days, but I'll try to make a meeting soon. :)
