We are a vibrant group of rational people who live in NC. We began meeting in 2005. In 4/07 we voted to become a chapter of The American Humanist Association. You may become a member of our local chapter, or both groups. The first step to join the local group is to sign up to be a Meetup member by joining this group, #182, online. We welcome skeptics, agnostics, atheists, and all who question organized religion. We invite open minded folks who don't know what they think about religion, but wonder and want to learn what it's like to live without it, using common sense and ethical behavior as their guide.
