Greetings!

You will see that I have just posted a Meetup entitled:
March For The Separation of Church and State

This has been organized by a small group of local students and others as a protest against decisions such as Amendment One and other blatant and harmful impositions by Christians on our government and constitutional rights.

It is key that we support initiatives which make others aware of the dangers of this growing problem and that we show there is a strong, significant and passionate percentage of the community who firmly believe there is no place for religion in government.

The organizers have asked me relay the following as ways you can help this exciting initiative:

-We first and foremost need people to help promoting this now! This is as simple as posting the event on your Facebook, or if you want, helping put up flyers! If you simply aren't able to print, please contact me and I will get you some flyers.

-We will a few selected people to pass out literature

-We will need someone to pull a cooler with water

- We will need people to help create and carry signs

- We need EVERYONE participating to be friendly and willing to speak to anyone who may approach us, regardless of their attitude!

- MOST OF ALL, we need everyone to have a kick ass time! This is NOT about being rude or crass by any means, so if that is what you are looking for, DON'T come to this event. As of now the plan of action is to meet at the big clock on CFCC's campus, after we are all assembled and ready to go, we will then march through downtown (keeping to the sidewalks) spreading our message of positivity and hope!

You can contact Sam, leader of the organizational team, by e-mailing: [address removed]

Thank you for the support!

Han H
