What could have been an interesting panel discussion was lessen by the only opponent of gun legislation. After a sad attempt to discredit the other panelists for being biased (e.g., Johns Hopkins professor working in the "Bloomberg" building -- never mind hospital also has a Koch building), she went on a slanted barrage of "statistics" and purposely confused the discussion by claims of the legislation was an attempt to ban all firearms rather then the actual attempt to keep legal firearms useful for home protection.

Brochin (the MD legislator) was not given an opportunity to refute the claims that the county as the highest incidence of gun violence.

The one representative for the NRA canceled; it would have been interesting to his arguments considering the extreme views taken by the national NRA.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
