    I like exploring common ground and shared action. I've heard the opposing views quite a bit and have yet to see anyone change their position as a result of such exchanges. Too much ego, too much trying to show how clever you are or how much you know. I'm guilty of this too, but maybe life is about more than intellectual debate.
