Boot Camp Workout - Breast Cancer Fundraiser

Join us for a challenging and fun 1.5 hour boot camp workout at beautiful Mountain Hawk Park in the Eastlake area of Chula Vista. This scenic park has gorgeous panoramic views of Lower Otay Lake and the surrounding mountains.  

Participants must be in reasonably good physical condition.  One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event will be donated to breast cancer research.  Participants are encouraged to wear pink workout clothing and footwear. The suggested minimum donation is $10.00.

Let's get together for a good cause and burn several hundred calories in the process! Yes, the workout will be tough, and it starts early on a Saturday morning (8:00 a.m.), but nothing worthwhile is ever easy, right?  I guarantee that you will feel great after completing this workout!

Your instructor - Enrique Morlett

Enrique has over 20 years of experience in individual and group health education and exercise leadership including personal training, group instruction, and international competitive training.

Fitness has been a continuing theme throughout Enrique’s career. He began studying martial arts in Mexico in 1975 and competed internationally for fifteen years. Since moving to the U.S. to train in Tae Kwon Do for the[masked] Olympics, he has continued his dedication to the fitness industry as a certified fitness professional with experience in weight loss programs, sports conditioning, and strength training.  Enrique is the owner and lead instructor of Chula Vista Fit Body Boot Camp.

    I've lost 26 pounds since June by doing boot camp workouts. They are intense, fun and very effective! Needless to say, I highly recommend boot camp workouts. There's no better way to get in shape and stay in shape IMHO.
