Please tell us something about yourself and your interest in Humanism.

Being a third generation atheist I know how to cope and survive in a christian world. I taught my kids the same. I believe most things in life are a big to do over nothing. I also believe things are getting better and someday we all will be able to come out of the closet. I had never heard of Humanism until a few years ago and was so delighted to know I wasn't alone.

How did you find us? Print materials, online, word-of-mouth, or...?

I live in Rancho Bernardo. I attended the Tom Flynn lecture and throughly enjoyed it. I realized I need to get out more often. I am a third generation atheist and being one isn't a big deal to me. But it is fun to meet like-minded people.
