CFI Portland was fortunate to have snagged powerful Australian atheist singer/songwriter Shelley Segal for a Portland show before her appearance at the national FFrF convention later this month. “For an atheist, she’s got a hell of a lot of soul”

Segal’s first release, ‘An Atheist Album,’ embodies her thoughts on religion and has quickly made her “a new pin-up girl for the international atheist movement.” (Barny Zwartz -The Age)

Also on the bill will be local HGP favorite, troubadour DAVE EDWARDS. Dave, a veteran of the folk stage from it's heyday in the 60's, encompasses an edgy, driving style which has been featured in several recent Humanist events including DARKTOLIGHT.

These two performers promise a night of strong music making, especially enjoyable to the secular crowd.

Tickets can be purchased in advance on the CFI-Portland website until 2pm on Sunday, then available at the door.

  Prices are:

$8.00 for CFI Members

$10.00 Advance Sale

$12.00 At the Door

Both performers were great. Unfortunately there were a group loud talking individuals who made it hard to hear at times.
