Introduction
I have been volunteering/working
at THPC for 19 years. Talk about dedication! I am the one who gives the art, jewelry, or any other creative workshop. I have grown immensely over the years and continue to explore. I ask a lot of questions.
What kind of self-exploration or ongoing personal growth practices do you do? Why?
I mainly bounce off of other people. I find I need others to help me learn more about myself. Although I could be meditating more. I pay a lot of attention to my physical wellness along with my sanity as I grow.
How have you been involved in personal growth, self-awareness and/or humanistic psychology in the past.
I've been asking WHY since I was 12. I have helped facilitate the Saturday video and enjoy listening to people and their stories. I enjoy watching people grow and change. Don't enjoy when people are resistant to change, even myself.
