I have a work-related event that day, otherwise it sounds fun.

Subject: [hungarian-127] August 20th Picnic - "Potluck" Style - OPINIONS PLEASE ASAP
Date: Mon, 1 Aug[masked]:14:39 -0400
As many of you have approached me in the past about a Hungarian picnic, I want to touch base with all of you about your opinions. I checked few parks in Fairfax County for potential picnic areas. It appears that pretty much everywhere you need to pay a reservation fee for the area and an additional fee for CD/MP3 player. As being so late in the summer, many areas have been reserved through September for the weekends. I found several though with open fields. Particularly, I was looking at Lake Fairfax Park for its openness, lots of amenities and its proximity to DC and Leesburg areas. The picnic areas B, C or D would cost about $85 for the actual picnic area and $25 for CD player permits. So, I was wondering if you would be still interested in meeting up there for about few bucks per person (assuming that at least about 35-40 people would come). Obviously, we would all have to bring something to share. I was thinking of August 20th for St Stephen's Day celebration in the afternoon between 2:00-7:00 p.m.
Please let me know by Thusday night (8/4/2011), so I could make a phone call to FFX county on Friday for possible reservation.
Thank you for your attention!
