Hello, and welcome to the Valdosta Geocaching Society! All Geocachers are welcome to participate! I created this Meetup group because of my passion for Geocaching! It's fun, exciting, and sometimes even dramatic to find a Cache. It's the perfect outdoor activity for ALL ages, and it's a great way to start or maintain a healthy outdoor lifestyle as some Caches will require a moderate walk or hike to find. EVERY Cache we hide or seek will be accessible and within reason so that every age group can participate without being left out. This group is meant to promote friendship, a healthy lifestyle, and an enjoyment of the great outdoors!

Your organizer's refund policy for The Valdosta Geocaching Society
Your organizer will refund you if:
- If the Meetup group must permanently close for any reason, the money left in the Meetup account will be distributed equally to each member. Otherwise, no refunds will be made to any member.
$3.00 at each Meetup event
This covers: Geocaching items, reservations, Meetup website fees
Payment is accepted using:
- Cash or check - “Must be paid to the Organizer at each Meetup event.”
