We have all been hiking and stay in shape all winter long and now its time to see what hiking has done for us and our biking legs. It's going to be 60 degrees next Sunday so let's Go Ride!
The Plan: A 3.5-4hr 12- 14 mile mountain bike ride.
The route: Follow the Racecourse, to Skylands, up the red switchback climb, to yellow, to the new white trail, to seven bridges then the super secret single track.
The level: Although the pace, will be A beginning of the season get your legs back in shape relaxed pace, (Remember!!!) this is one of the most advanced technical mountain biking parks in the East Coast second to Fargo.
