No introduction yet
The experience was nice since we stayed in groups once we figured out eachothers speeds. It would be nice to have a more dedcriptive "what to bring" list for those of us who are unexperience in (winter) hiking. In this case layered clothing (wicking, insulation and shell), gloves, hat, glasses for wind and sun protection, suncreen, waterproof boots, hiking poles, at least two liters of water, lunch, snacks, print map if possible (and whiskey:)). At the parking lot leader could give us an overview of the trail(s) we will be taking and distances we would have travel to certain main points. (eg. to Fire tower 4 miles).
