Once again we want you, HydraHack members to get up and talk for 5-10 minutes. If you've been working on a really cool project, have a new plugin, figured our how to do something nobody else knows how to do, or just want to talk about something cool for 5-10 minutes, tell us all about it!

We'll have 6 slots for people to talk, just leave a comment below with any ideas you've got. If it's technical and interesting we'ld like to hear you talk about it! Last time we had talks about Amazon Web Services + Scaling, Building a MD5 Implementation in JavaScript, Random Noise Generators and a HTML5 game building platform.

If you don't want to talk then just come along and see what everyone else is talking about.

As normal 383 Project are sponsoring coffees and refreshments, so you can grab yourself a coffee sit back and enjoy the talks.

Although much of the technological jargon was way over my head, I very much enjoyed the free coffee and yes I did learn a few things about the tech industry. Will definitely be coming to the next meeting and hopefully bringing a friend along also.

Jacob: Cool, that would be great :) Btw I have a Lion installer? But I guess that's no use to you?

I'll have a mac charger with me, but don't have a display cable. And again, if someone has a Snow Leopard disc I'd be eternally grateful if you could bring it :).

    Hi everyone,

Heading back from London slightly delayed, I'll arrive about 6:10ish. Sorry about this, please head upstairs anyway and say hello to one another :) Anyone able to bring along a mac charger and MacBook monitor cable? (just as a backup)

    Thanks

Random question, does anyone have a Snow Leopard disc they could bring? Reinstalling a Mac but can't find my disc. I can install it during the night so you can bring it back home afterwards :)

@Elliot, I can see some kind of emulator that says Tizen mail?

    Hi Guys
Just to let you know I have had to buy a USB to HDMI cable (being delivered tomorrow) so if anyone needs to use it tomorrow they can.

    June 11, 2012

  • Tom M.

@alex: Yep sure it would be setup exactly the same as yours and fail. You could always do a quick screen recording of something if you wanted to show how easy / quick something is?

    June 11, 2012

  • Alex G.

Cheers Tom. I will do that. I was going to demo a build but it requires the sdk and the code base and as using someone else's kit the probability of this going completely wrong is pretty certain(!) Will stick to slides. See you tomorrow

    June 11, 2012

  • Tom M.

@Elliot, yep no worries, run Chrome on Mac.

Sorry about the HDMI it's the only display they've got upstairs.

    June 11, 2012

  • Tom M.

Ah no worries, if you have slides could you throw them online somewhere like Slideshare / Google and put any HTML demos you've got online and then you can use mine?

    June 11, 2012

  • Alex G.

Thanks yep suits me. Not got a hdmi port in my ancient Acer sorry. Got VGA. Will try and come up with something in meantime....

    June 11, 2012

  • Tom M.

@Alex: Not at all sir, I'll slot you in before Dominic if that's cool? If you can bring something that will connect via HDMI that would be great

    June 11, 2012

  • Alex G.

Hi Tom, if not too late for submissions for the slots I can do a quick demo of Sencha Touch ? Cheers
