Mental Training: Find yourself and your ideal partner

Hello everyone,

I am inviting you to this workshop concerning a basic need of all human beings: love. Often we try to find in the outside world, what we can find in us first; this is way to prevent oneself from becoming a slave of the relationship to other people and other people's dogmas. To be loved, we also need to love who we are. This is quite challenging in a culture of performance and the logic of growth often telling us, “you did well, but there is way for improvement…never be entirely happy with yourself…”.

Love is a value, a feeling, an attitude and a behavior, it gives us confidence in ourselves, in life and in our life projects. Love is life and life is love.

My friend Anselmo Maestrani, mental coach and author of "Mental Training for Lazy People" and "The Puzzle of my Love" (both in German), will welcome us in his practice as a guest speaker and share his views on this subject:

"Currently, finding the ideal partner constitutes one of the biggest worries for those who have not yet found it. Is there an ideal partner or love? This question does not help much. A more helpful question is: What can help to start the search? Can I be the ideal love for someone? If you are starting to appreciate certain things about ourselves, you will go on the discovery of the keys of what you are looking for. We will go on this heroe’s journey together to find the hidden keys in the labyrinth of life”.

Price: Free Donation

I look forward to this evening.

Kind regards, Philip
