Workout Mondays is a unique and one of a kind training run. Every Mondays the workout varies from 300 meter repeats, Mile repeats to 50 minute progression runs. We can guarantee you that if your determined and take full advantage of these workouts your running fitness & efficiency will improve which means you'll get faster.
