Introduction

I own and operate my own firm that creates 3D models in real time, either by high precision reflector less robotic survey instruments or by a laser scanner. Mainly used for existing conditions or as built information to deliver a powerful BIM model.

"I also can layout anything that needs to be constructed from any cad drawing. Sprinkler head, smoke detector, walls, pipes, steel, lighting plans, etc. If it has been designed in a cad drawing I can lay it out. I am heavily involved in BIM."
