The Senior User Experience Architect will be part of a dynamic team that will be responsible for conceptualizing, chartering, designing, and activating the next generation marketing systems, messages, and interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess specific experience with Scrum/Agile projects and have a proven record of leading enabling UX in Agile teams, estimating effort, progress reporting, and employing the appropriate tools, techniques and tactics at the right junctures. Candidate must be very flexible in applying and enabling UX practices to ensure optimal sprints and should not be afraid to move beyond the core skills of the UX role to ensure velocity and overall effectiveness.

As an agile UX practitioner in this Agile environment you'll get to:

Degree in HCI, statistics, anthropology, sociology, cognitive psychology, or similar
Strong portfolio, case studies, or examples of conducted research with resulting conclusions and recommendations
Possess strong user-observation skills
Expertise in usability, indirect usability, eye tracking, and mobile testing
At least 5 years experience in information architecture or UX design; will be able to demonstrate direct involvement in the definition and design of complex, technology driven, and dynamic corporate Web sites, Web applications or transactional sites; and will also have excellent analytic skills, superior intuition about people, strong written/oral communication skills
At least 3 years experience in and thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
At least 3 years experience and thorough understanding of software development lifecycle
