•Work closely with product management and site merchandisers to understand business requirements.
•Drive user testing from design and implementation to analysis and follow-through.
•Use behavioral and data-driven research findings to identify and document use cases, user personas, and product requirements.
•Iterate through wireframes, mockups, and CSS to convey design specifications and interaction models that best suit user needs.
•Improve the overall usability of our products and taxonomy.
•Ability to translate associative, conceptual, and analytical thinking into useful designs and supporting documentation
•Research methods including user interviews, behavioral studies, and web analytics
•Experience working in fast-paced, user-focused development teams
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design Thinking, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Industrial or Product Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Architecture, Library Sciences, or related areas; or equivalent experience
•CSS/HTML and graphic design skills a plus
