Done and done.
I like making new things and making existing things easier and more delightful to use. For the last 10+ years, I've been of humanizing digital products and services through goal-driven interaction design. I work as VP User Experience Director at CP+B and over the course of my career, my experience and skills have been utilized for the creation of enterprise software and large-scale online solutions for clients such as Dominos, Old Navy, Kraft, Fox, Pepsi, Disney, and Mattel. I am active in the local design community as a guest lecturer at USC, UCLA, and The Arts Institute of California. My talks focus on specific interaction design techniques and evangelizing IxD as a means to advance business goals and humanize user experiences. Additionally, I promote and evangelize interaction design through on-going initiatives with the Interaction Design Association (IxDA.org).
Hands on workshops are hard to pull off but I love to learn by doing. A mix of low and high fidelity prototyping, physical/digital mashups, show and tell. Let's bring in our documentation and show how we're evolving the craft of design communication.
VP Experience Director at CP+B. The constant evolution of technology & the community of people in this profession have kept me challenged and energized for the last 15+ years. I was the founding IxDA Los Angeles local leader.
Mix and mingle with professional who face the same challenges as you, evolving technology, new ideas about design and users, and evangelizing the importance of good interaction design.
