Hey UX homies. I have a friend who's looking for a lead UX Designer and I'm sharing the info with the group. If you're interested, hit me up.

Company in Culver City that's looking for a Lead UX designer who has experience with enterprise web application design (or is knowledgeable and interested in moving in that direction). All their work is in the cloud and they have a powerful and fully customizable CMS that they roll out for each individual client. This person would essentially be the face of their UX department, and would design their CMS on both the micro and macro scale for each project they roll out. Other interesting parts to the equation are: no travel component, rad company culture (some of the nicest most family oriented people I've ever met in tech), cutting-edge tech focused company (where technology is what they do, not just a component of what they do), and high profile position. I can release the name to you, but I have to keep the name as confidential as possible for the time being, as we are some of the only guys who work with this company, and other recruiters are so aggressive and pushy. We'd, of course, like to keep everything as direct and exclusive as we can.

Hi Everybody,

Just a friendly last minute reminder that we have UX Happy Hour this evening.

This event started in the Bay Area and since has expanded to Seattle and now Los Angeles. This is the first time all cities will host on the same day.

So please join your fellow UX designers, researchers, product, and startup friends for a drink and to talk shop.

For more information and to RSVP: http://www.uxhappyhour.com

Cheers!

Kai
