That salary seems ridiculously low for what they're asking for. The market is quite strong, and entry-level UXDs are being offered $75-85K to start.
My $.02, fwiw. YMMV. --lynn

Hi and thank you for allow us to join the UX meetup.
We are closely working with a really great advertising agency in Hollywood.
A little about them:
They are an established cool fun advertising agency with an exciting
growing digital division in Hollywood, Ca. They've got about 330
employees currently and doing some exciting work. The Director of the
group is highly regarded in the industry and is a really cool guy on top
What they are looking for: (Mid UX Designer)
What they want is a sharp mid-senior UX person w/ good solid wireframe
experience working on high profile commercial clientelle stuff. A great
personality is a must. This is a unique opportunity because the hiring
manager wants to mentor someone and build a department around him/her.
It's a great opportunity to build a digital department within an
established ad agency. Interested?
Shoot over an invitation to get connected on Linkedin so we can continue
communicating in the future easier. Also, send a resume w/ some idea on
salary w/ links to your most impressive 2-3 works. Ideally, they want to
pay in the $55-65k ballpark but might be flexible is someone is
