Use JAWS.  Here is a good starting point.  We use it currently here because we need to be 508.  It's a pretty big deal.

At UCLA, we recently launched a responsive design layout for http://ucla.edu that under went extensive accessibility testing. Our team was fortunate enough to have the assistance of the Disabilities and Computing Program at UCLA help achieve this.

Good morning and Happy 5th of July UX'ers.

I am working on a large project right now, and we're moving toward a Responsive Design development strategy. In addition to this, we have to adhere to 508 Compliance standards. Has anyway on this list had experience with having a Responsively Designed site that maintains 508 compliance?

Thanks in advance.
Stephen
