Please help !

I have a client that just sent us this description (West LA) and my thought is that it’s a UI/Development mix – maybe heavier on the open source dev community.  Does this job description look realistic – included a quick excerpt below. Any feedback appreciated.  They also want examples of Github work.

Sr. Technical Recruiter

---------------------

Design:
•The candidate should have experience participating in all parts of the design process and with creating deliverables at varying levels of fidelity: from quickly communicating a concept through mockups, to building out working models in code, to creatively mashing up disparate tools and APIs to create new business value for our company.

Software Development:
•Experience building in HTML5 & CSS3, Javascript and Jquery, as well as UX frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap, running on a Node.js back end using the Express framework and a templating language such as Jade.
•Interested in candidates who are active in the Node.js and Javascript community and who have some experience building Node modules for either private use or open source distribution.
•Strong familiarity with Git and Github, including managing a project on Github and working with issues and pull requests.
•Seeking demonstrated experience where candidates are connecting front-ends to backend systems through HTTP APIs, including an ability to rapidly consume REST-based web services using JSON.
•Desire candidates with experience with mobile web application development, including strong knowledge of existing and emerging mobile web frameworks such as Jquery Mobile and Cordova.

Project Management:
•We expect candidates to have experience shipping and maintaining a software project through at least two major releases.
•Candidates should be familiar with “devops” concepts and shall be expected to not only build production-ready software, deployed in the public cloud, but shall be as interested in operating and monitoring their work as they are in developing it.
