I thought we used Morae for the scenario you describe. It's been several years, so I'm a bit fuzzy on it.
Not certain we were using face cam for that session. Each site was running Morae, and there might have been a server involved. Also, we used conf call for audio. All PC.

I need to run some usability tests and do the following:
- Share face cam, screen, and audio with onsite observers (could use Morae)
- Share face cam, screen and audio with offsite observers (Morae won't work for this)
- Record sessions to video for later viewing
- Use PCs for all of the above
- Not pay an arm and a leg
Has anyone used a single tool that does all of the above?
In the past I've used Morae + Webex, but that combination often crashes the observer machine.
Has anyone used any other tools or software combos for this? GoToMeeting? Adobe Connect Pro? Please send
