UI/UX/Interaction Designer

Duties:
The designer will be involved in all stages of software interface
development from discovery to roll-out
Conduct interface/design evaluations, and research to develop best
strategies for user-centered design.
Develop flow and create wireframes to convey design intent quickly and
effectively
Collaborate with Product Mangers, Engineers, and clients to meet user
goals, client goals and company goals
Work within fast-paced team environment to share ideas and develop the
best creative solutions

Requirements:
Capable of performing current user-centered design principles and
methodologies
Extensive experience with usability/user testing
Proficiency in appropriate applications to build out concepts and
designs
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of of relative experience
Very strong communication skills
Minimum of a bachelor degree in Human/Computer Interaction, or related
field.
Ability to build lo-fi and/or hi-fi prototypes

Plus:
Strong information architecture background.
Ability to apply visual design to wireframe concepts and to convey
rich ideas to clients.
Strong skills in Flash, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Microsoft Expression Blend a HUGE plus.
Cross-platform OS knowledge.
Background in wireless industry.

You should be able to provide a portfolio showing projects from start
to finish with description of your role throughout project lifecycle
and justify your design decisions.
