Thanks for the imput. I will look into this. Sorry, nothing to share but I think it is a "5 step forward, 4 step backward" kind of market now, perhaps good for some QLD in one's IRA. (However one thing I follow said 'look for the S&P to drop back down to the 5 day SMA and then the 20 SMA.) I will be checking into some market timers on trial basis. I would be interested to know what stocks (or ETF's) you are talking about so I could follow them. Good success on your analysis.

Is anyone else seeing the possible shorting opportunities in the Commercial Svcs ? Schools industry group? I am seeing several bearish chart patterns in the stocks that ran up late last year. It looks like most of these may need one more run up attempt before the proper short point but I think they?re close.
